Financial statement of income and election expense:
Section 59(1)(2), A Political parties shall, within 90 day after the close of the polling in an election lodge to the Commission;
- Prescribed form (PPI Form 33) – Individual member of a Party
- Prescribed Form (PPI Form 34) – Political Party

- Including their source, and election expenses.

Section 60(1)(2), A Political Party shall, in each calendar year, lodge with the Commission
Section 61(1)(2), A political shall lodge with the Commission before 31st March each year. Also the commission may extend the deadline for submission of the financial report but not exceeding an aggregate of three months.

- Prescribed form setting out any donations or contributions of less than $1,000.00
- Unless the total fees, subscriptions, donations, or contribution collected in a quarter exceeds $10,000.00
- Audited annual financial report
- The Commission may extend the deadline for submitting the financial report.
- 3 months of extension written request justifying the need for such extension.
